Complaints Procedure

We are committed to providing high-quality immigration advice and services. If you are dissatisfied with our service, we take your concerns seriously and aim to resolve them quickly and fairly.

How to Make a Complaint:

Complaints should be submitted in writing via email or post.

Please include your name, contact details, and a clear description of the issue.

Our Process:

Acknowledgment:

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 5 working days and provide a reference number.

Investigation:

We will investigate your complaint and aim to provide a full response within 4 weeks. If more time is needed, we will inform you of the delay.

Outcome:

We will write to you with the outcome and any actions we will take to address your concerns.

If You Are Not Satisfied:

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can escalate your complaint to the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC):
